React Right Adult First Aid & CPR Course

In an urgent situation, you must react appropriately, without hesitation. React Right's straightforward, three-step approach is simple, complete and effective. It is designed to minimize options and avoid confusion, so you can provide the proper care quickly and confidently.

• Primary Assessment. Prior to rendering aid, providers should assess the scene, the victims and the availability of emergency first aid personnel.
• Primary Stabilization Techniques. Once the scene and victims have been assessed, React Right providers need to stabilize any life-threatening problems. This may include rendering rescue breathing or CPR, controlling severe bleeding and treating for shock.
• First Aid Skills. After victims have been stabilized, providers attend to situations that are not life threatening. This may include issues such as injured joints, minor cuts and bruises, bites and insect stings, poisons, burns and other medical problems.
